INDIVIDUAL PORTRAIT SESSION FEE (includes Newborn and Senior Photos):
$185.00 includes a pre-portrait design consultation, scheduled shoot for up to 90 minutes including setup time at the place of your choosing within 50 miles of Prague, OK, editing and digital re-touching, proofing via web-site, and any photos ordered for prints are provided via a CD with small 72 dpi .jpg version for online sharing (Facebook, MySpace, etc.). $45 for each additional hour.

There is no obligation to buy prints. I work with a professional printing company, and prints may be ordered directly through the web site where you will see your proofs. We offer prints from small to large, as well as a variety of products, including canvas, books, and more!
For all photo sessions, the non-refundable session fee is required to secure booking.
MAKE UP
$45.00 with portrait session for full beauty make up appropriate for photography. Must be scheduled in advance. I can also make arrangements with professional hairdressers for specialty or retro hairdo options.
FAMILY / GROUP PORTRAITS
$225.00 includes a scheduled shoot for up to 90 minutes including setup time at the place of your choosing in Prague, OK, editing and digital re-touching using Photoshop, proofing via web-site, and a CD with low res ( low res for web or email) .jpg version of approved photos with my logo. $45 for each additional hour needed.
ENGAGEMENT PORTRAITS
$200.00 includes a scheduled shoot for up to two hours, including setup time at the place of your choosing in Prague, OK, editing and digital re-touching using Photoshop, proofing via web-site, and any photos ordered for prints are provided via a CD with small 72 dpi .jpg version with my logo for online sharing (Facebook, MySpace, etc.). $45 for each additional hour needed.
POST WEDDING “TRASH THE DRESS” OR “ROCK THE FROCK” PROM DRESS SESSIONS
$175.00 includes a scheduled shoot for up to two hours, including setup time at the place of your choosing in Prague, OK, editing and digital re-touching using Photoshop, proofing via web-site, and any photos ordered for prints are provided via a CD with small 72 dpi .jpg version with my logo for online sharing (Facebook, MySpace, etc.). $45 for each additional hour needed.
CUSTOM ANNOUNCEMENTS AND HOLIDAY CARDS
Custom announcements and holiday cards are available. Pricing based upon your requirements and the number printed. Quotes available upon request.

9.5 % Oklahoma Sales Tax must be added to all Session Fees.
Note: All prices subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason!
CANCELLATION POLICY
48-hours notice must be given to reschedule your session at no additional charge. Any session that is not canceled within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged for that session fee. Payment required before new session will be scheduled. Please understand that if you schedule and appointment, I give my time exclusively to you for that period. If you do not show up, I cannot do other work during that time to make money, and so you are considered to have committed to purchasing that time by scheduling the appointment.
Only the Photographer’s camera is allowed at the session. No still or video photography is permitted during your session.
PAYMENT
All prices USD. Payment methods accepted include cash, local checks, and most credit cards. Online, for your safety, I accept payment through PayPal.
THE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Pre-session consultation (phone / email) regarding your vision for the photos, wardrobe, locations, etc.
- Travel for 50 miles within the area. (Travel fees: ie. gas and lodging if necessary, will be added if over 50 miles. This will be given to you in writing in advance for your approval. If you cancel your session after travel has taken place, travel fees will not be refunded.)
- A crazy-fun portrait modeling lesson and photography session for 1-2 hours on location
- Editing and digital retouching of the best images.
- Image proofs presented to you in a private online gallery.
- Your choice of custom product design for albums, cards, framing, etc. which you may purchase separately.
In order to hold your session date, your session fee must be received at least seven days before the date requested. Failure to do so may result in your date being reserved by another client.
Dates are limited and come on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore as a courtesy to all clients,you must pay your session fee . Respectfully, you will have until 7 days before the reserved date to send the non-refundable deposit (if paying by check) to secure your date, or it will be released to another interested party. Thank you for your understanding. Session fees may be paid instantly by using PayPal.
Your fee is non-refundable but I will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances; please notify me at least 48 hours before your session if you must reschedule. If the weather isn’t agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. No shows, or last minute cancellations without adequate notice will not be refunded OR rescheduled.
Images will be available approximately 10 business days after your session and will be presented to you in an online gallery for TWO WEEKS. I encourage you to share the address with your family and friends. You will be contacted via email when they are posted. From this online gallery, you will be able to make your portrait selections and place your order. Payment of your portrait order is due in full when you place the order via the web site. The images are ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE ONLINE GALLERY FOR TWO WEEKS. If you do not order within that time period the album will be removed for space. If you need your album reposted, there will be a $25 fee that must be paid via PayPal prior to reposting. It will then be available for an additional TWENTY days.
Copyright Information: All images taken at your session are copyrighted by Tera Leigh and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner, except orders through her web site, or as agreed in writing. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or at any other photo processing site, downloading or printing from website, using images as a screensaver or desktop background, uploading images to websites, putting images on photo products, making your own announcements/invitations, etc. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. As an Artist, Tera Leigh has the legal right to maintain complete control over the print quality, finishes, and presentation of the images and any reproduction outside of professional printers available through Tera Leigh’s web site with may lower the quality of the image and damage her reputation for superior portraits. Thank you for respecting my work and livelihood by choosing not to reproduce my images without permission. Tera Leigh Photography reserves the right to use any image for display, publication, or other purposes. I am happy to work with you to legally obtain the copies you desire.
